In his role as Chief Estimator and Lead Economist, Richard manages the firm’s database, and provides research to maximize the value of projects. Richard is the author of Green at No Cost, and the Quarterly Market Outlook.
Chris Morris is a senior electrical engineer and editor with construction cost data publisher RS Means. Chris has more than 24 years of field experience in electrical design and engineering and now oversees RS Means’ electrical database and leads educational seminars for the organization in the areas of electrical and facilities management and repair-cost estimating.

She serves as Immediate President for the Society of College and University Planners and is on the board of the Association of University Architects.
