Stinson-Remick Makerspace Master Plan

The Makerspace Master Plan for Notre Dame’s Stinson-Remick Hall of Engineering reimagines several existing but highly underutilized spaces (classrooms, labs, etc) throughout the building in order to provide the College of Engineering with a wide range of state-of-the-art makerspaces that cater to an exhaustive variety of learning, equipment, and and pedagogical needs. The project goals focused on: research, collaboration, demystifying science/putting science on display, flexibility, active learning, and innovation intensive teaching spaces in an effort to offer expanded teaching and research capabilities within the college at all levels (for both engineering and non engineering-majors alike).
