Richard Rusinak is a problem-solver and a perfectionist who has worked on a wide variety of dining, housing, and historic preservation projects. In his project management capacity as a key member of Hanbury's academic practice, he brings an even demeanor and a can-do attitude. Richard particularly enjoys complex projects and the opportunities they offer for partnership with clients. He motivates his design teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with clarity and quality as hallmarks of the construction documents. Additionally, Richard is a member of the firm's in-house technology committee, which oversees our Revit® process. His deep knowledge of Revit Building Information Modeling helps the team develop fully-coordinated designs.
