Trinity Capital engaged Hanbury to create a clear vision for a new life science hub with integrated amenities that cultivates community and responds to changing needs in the market and Town. Hanbury's plan provides a flexible framework for development that enhances the Town of Morrisville's vision, serves the targeted research areas, and builds the infrastructure needed to support life science research.

The campus will be home to companies in the Life Science industry focused on Biotech, Agriculture Technology, Medical Devices, Gene Therapy, and Research & Development. The campus also offers opportunities for companies to create a headquarters adjacent to their R&D and Manufacturing activities. The plan’s scope includes cGMP manufacturing space, R&D office/lab buildings, mixed amenities, retail, and structured parking.
