Alec Yuzhbabenko Honored with a Virginia by Design Emerging Designer Award

Alec Yuzhbabenko, an associate design principal, was recently selected for the Virginia by Design Emerging Designer Award by the The Branch Museum of Design and Architecture. The Branch elevates awareness of the transformative power of architecture and design. This award honors a designer, not yet licensed or professionally certified, who demonstrates an exemplary level of excellence in design execution and a dedication to advancing the discipline.

In selecting Alec, the jury recognized the excellence of the work he has already done, as well as the vibrant promise they foresee in his future. They were moved by his passion for the power of design and its ability to affect many people, as well as his commitment to enhance and contribute to the quality of the built environment.
