Ashley Montgomery, Assoc. AIA | Designer

Ashley is a highly revered team member who has left her imprint not only on the coastal communities of Hampton Roads but also on the cultural fabric of our firm. As a passionate land planning and environmental design project manager, the expertise she has honed through professional experiences like her leadership in the Coastal Community Design Collaborative and her appointment to the Governor’s Technical Advisor Committee has had a positive impact on the firm’s body of work and thought leadership within the field. She leads by example through high professional and personal ethics inspiring clients, collaborators, and team members alike.

Jeffrey Butts, Assoc. AIA | Designer

Jeffrey has been an integral team member and has made a positive lasting impact by embodying the firm’s core values. Jeffrey’s leadership is felt not only at the firm but also with the AIA through his active engagement and dedicated efforts to lead Young Architects Forum (YAF) activities locally and regionally. His thoughtfulness and consideration for others are apparent in his work and demonstrate his passion for people and how they interact with space, and his commitment to design excellence.

Jordan Gray | Director of Visualization

As Hanbury’s Director of Visualization, Jordan’s exceptional commitment to design excellence and his efforts to continually elevate technical and artistic standards in visual storytelling have made positive impacts across the firm. His award-winning talents span rendering, photography, video, and more – allowing him to effortlessly navigate between mediums to most effectively communicate the desired message for both promoting the firm’s work and for client projects. He actively pursues opportunities to apply his technical expertise and creativity to grow revenue for the firm through visualization, digital marketing, and storytelling opportunities.

Katrina Van Orden | Designer

Katrina has been active in pushing forward the firm’s culture and helping lead Hanbury’s growing Equity Diversity + Inclusion efforts. She is noted for embodying the firm’s core values and being a collaborative, engaging team player. As a full-time designer, she has shown an investment in growing knowledge and fluency design of the firm’s focus markets. Katrina demonstrates alignment with firm goals and actively forges a path of individual growth that supports and encourages firm improvement.

Megan Sigmon, CID, IIDA | Interior Designer

Megan has quickly proven to be an integral member of the interiors team bringing a wealth of technical capability, client leadership skills, and a spirit of collaboration and innovation in her work. Committed to design excellence, she has had a role in growing the interiors practice. Demonstrating high professional and personal ethos, Megan contributes consciously to the firm’s wellbeing.

Nick Rossitch | Designer

Nick is a multifaceted designer with a demonstrated commitment to design excellence, innovation in problem-solving, and uncovering creative solutions across a variety of mediums. Through his interdisciplinary approach to work, he upholds the firm’s vision for a collaborative and nurturing work environment while encouraging curiosity and exploration to achieve exceptional planning and design. As an active member in several of Hanbury’s focus groups, Nick supports a vibrant firm culture that continually strives for excellence and collective growth.
